Despite the obvious complications, Abi's feelings for Don are relatively uncomplicated. She loves him, but keeps that more or less to herself because of Don's life, or un-life if you will, in the house. Don has also been a very stable for Abi both the first time and second time around. Spending time with him is always a joy even if she can feel the sadness lingering around him.
