Maison - Days and Nights
Day/Night 007 - Abi arrives in the house and meets Eli Johnson. They venture through the house and eventually wind up in the basement. Here Abi encounters the surgery ghost and a nurse. Between the ghost and her own sense of things not being right, Abi and Eli vacate the area. Abi also runs into Kamui and Susan Ivanova, a telepath.
Day/Night 008 - The dreams of the house are pleasant (?) for a change upon the shift from night to day. However waking up in a bathrobe was not on Abi's list of things to do. There is a tattoo on her arm now with no clue as to how she obtained it. At noon there is a meeting and Abi finds a bag with her name on it. It holds all of her possessions plus an item - a necklace that she'd given to her sister. Later that afternoon, they are once again forced to sleep and Abi wakes up with a small bite on her hand. That night though, Abi wakes in a room with three others she does not know, Liz Sherman, Mogget, and Rachel. It's a room she does not recognize and cannot leave. Time and poisoning(?) begins to take its toll. The voice that keeps asking for help only makes the steady decline of her mental shielding worse. She tells it no... rather forcefully
Day/Night 009 - There is another dream - heat and fire and pain. Then the ocean? It's warm, comforting and she cannot entirely shake the sense of satisfaction the rest of the day. The next morning, Abi wakes up, covered in blood - a lot of it. What had started off pleasant upon waking, faded fast. She cleans up and goes to take a nap only for Don to find her. He is a welcome presence, one that soothes her frayed nerves.
Day/Night 010 - The cold is awful in the early morning hours. She wouldn't have slept but the house forces it. This time there is a woman playing music and it is beautiful. Then there is a man in the orchard and she wants to know more, but panic comes and she needs to run with the man in the dream. It's a jumble, but when she wakes up, as always the dream still lingers leaving an longing sensation firmly within her. The house is loud with the construction everywhere (or at least sounds as if it is). Abi runs into another telepath, a very powerful one at that. She cannot help him. In the library, working on her notes, Abi meets several new people. The house is kinder to some than to others. That night she dreams of a sword and someone named Rin. Are these dreams of those trapped here? Memories maybe? The woman in her dream comes home and there is only terror. Abi finds a girl named Rose in the Rough Kitchen only to find Claire there for the first time later that night. Abi spends most of her time with the little girl. A promise to help her, her brother and her father. Abi knows she should not get so invested, yet she cannot help it either.
Day/Night 011 - The hatred she had felt the previous evening is gone. Yet she's frozen, not sleeping. Ghosts dance and the doctors move. They tattoo those who do not have them. One of them takes Claire and Abi cannot stop it. Abi finds Don again and he is becoming a marked source of stability in the house for her. Together they witness the procession into the mist. Now seems like a good time for tea.
Day/Night 012 - The day is oppressively hot and she's sick, but not horribly so. The dream that night is horrible and they are all together, locked in as one. The worst though is Don. She watches as he's broken, unable to do anything but feel what he feels. She finds him later, no longer the man he used to be but a ghost of the house. She heeds his warning and leaves. Abi has changed, her powers at least and now she isn't sure exactly what she can do and is a little afraid to find out.
Day/Night 013 - Don returns and Abi is more relieved than she thought possible to see him.
